To reorder a search result, simply click on the column heading.
For Example: To sort the search result by date received, or date sent, click on the Received or Sent column as appropriate.
Search results can also be grouped for easier browsing; right click on a column and choose Group By Column to achieve this.

It is also possible make a Group By selection on one column and then sub-group emails by using a different column.
For Example: Group by From, then sub-group by Received. This is sometimes referred to as Nested Grouping.
Content of attachments is archived, registered, tracked and indexed with ComArchive. Choose the Attachments tab to search for content of attachments.

The search syntax on the Attachments tab is no different from searching the content of emails. There is however one additional option available – the ability to search for certain types of attachment.

In Illustration 9 above, the search is narrowed to searching only Microsoft Word document (doc) attachments.
In the search result users also have the ability to view the actual document by simply clicking on the document. Right clicking on the document enables users to download and save the document from the archive.
If a user wants to view the actual email where the attachment resides, they can click on the + sign and a window below will display the message.

From this window, messages are able to be retrieved in their original format.
